features

dripos turns connected customer history into memory for thinking, drafting, and follow-up. dripos does not start with stages, fields, or manual account hygiene. It starts with the messages, meetings, billing signals, and drafts your team already works from.

Inbox

Use Inbox to search by name, company, group conversation, email, phone number, handle, or message text. Each person page can show:
  • recent conversations
  • missed replies
  • timeline events
  • meeting notes
  • revenue signals
  • reply drafts
The exact context depends on which sources you connect.

Group Conversations

Group conversations are not fake person threads. dripos surfaces Slack channels, Slack threads, iMessage groups, and LinkedIn group chats as their own rows. Group rows can include:
  • participant count and member names
  • related people and related company
  • match reasons
  • unreplied inbound state
  • per-message sender attribution when available
This keeps a shared channel or LinkedIn group chat from being misread as a one-person thread.

Timeline

The timeline combines customer activity from iMessage, Gmail, Slack, Stripe, Calendar, LinkedIn, group conversations, and meeting tools. Use it before calls, before replying, or when you need to remember what happened with a customer.

Learning From Past Replies

dripos can search prior successful reply paths and similar customer situations. Use this before writing a sensitive reply, handling a renewal, answering a security question, or trying to restart a stalled conversation.

Drafts

dripos can draft replies for Gmail, Slack, iMessage, and LinkedIn. Drafts are never sent silently. You can review, edit, approve, reject, send, or retry them. Group drafts preserve the group target so you can see when a reply goes to the whole group rather than one person.

Copilot

Copilot is the assistant inside dripos. Ask in plain English, for example:
  • “what needs my reply?”
  • “draft replies for everyone waiting on me”
  • “prep me for my call with Sarah”
  • “who went quiet?”
  • “sync my inbox”
  • “search wins for past similar deals”
Copilot uses the context available on your Mac and the AI provider selected in Settings > AI.

Account Signals

Account Signals summarizes what matters about a person or account: relationship history, recent activity, risk, and likely next steps. It improves as you connect more sources.

Background follow-up

Autopilot can help run approved follow-up workflows in the background. You control who is allowed, what can be sent, and whether background mode is on. Messages still require the permissions and approval rules for the connected channel.
